We called Colin, and despite his busy schedule, he came over in the evening, quickly diagnosed the source of the leak, explained to us in simple language what was wrong (water was pushing back from the faucet because the pipe to which it connected was barely long enough), and fixed it. When we told him we were new home owners, Colin went beyond the call of duty and offered to do a quick check of the basement plumbing; he noted an issue which we should keep an eye on. Colin was friendly, quick, accommodating, professional and just excellent, and we will be calling him the next time we need a plumber. - [ Prev](https://irondequoit.colintheplumberllc.com/guarantee/colin-the-plumber-reviews/13682-colin-was-awesome-he-took-time-to-explain-all-of-our-options-and-showed.html) - [Next ](https://irondequoit.colintheplumberllc.com/guarantee/colin-the-plumber-reviews/13680-i-came-home-recently-to-find-water-pouring-through-my-kitchen-light-fixture-from.html) [ Back to All Reviews ](https://irondequoit.colintheplumberllc.com/guarantee/colin-the-plumber-reviews.html) ### Schedule Online First Name \* Last Name \* Phone Number \* Email Address \* Service Required \* ## Need a Plumber Fast?
